Fees and Insurance

Payment:

• Cost per hourly session: $160

• Assessments: $190

• Payment types:  check, cash, debit and credit cards

• Aetna

• Cigna

If I am not an in-network provider with your plan, out-of-network benefits will often cover a good portion of my services.  The session fee, your co-pay and/or co-insurance is due at the time of service.

Reduced and Sliding Fee:

In order to minimize the possibility that financial limitations become a barrier to accessing support, I have a limited number of openings in my practice for which I can offer a sliding fee scale. Please let me know if your financial need requires a reduced rate and we can discuss payment options further.

Cancellation Policy:

I require 24-hour notice in the event you need to cancel your appointment. If an appointment is canceled or missed with less than 24-hour notice, you will be responsible for the fees associated with that appointment​
